At Sattva Elixir, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all skincare and wellness products.

Returns

We do not accept returns on products once delivered.

Due to the personal care nature of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

Exchanges

We may offer product exchanges only under the following circumstances:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Product received is incorrect
• Product received is defective

To request an exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• Photos of packaging
• Proof of damage or defect

Upon verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided once an order has been processed and delivered.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• An order cannot be fulfilled
• A duplicate payment has been made
• An order is cancelled before shipment and approved by us

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

Non-Eligible Cases

Exchanges or refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind
• Personal preferences regarding fragrance or texture
• Incorrect usage
• Minor packaging variations
• Natural variations in herbal products
