Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Technical issues
• Fraud prevention checks
• Any unforeseen circumstances

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on banking and payment provider timelines.
